The Bruce School District has an opening for a Assistant Varsity Girl''s Softball Coach. This position will include assistant varsity and potentially junior varsity coaching responsibilities for the girl''s softball program co - op from youth through varsity level with coaches from Ladysmith. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fundamentals and a drive to teach student athletes to become not only great players, but leaders within their school. The coach will support the development of leadership, teamwork and sportsmanship, traits that will benefit them throughout their lives, and are important to student athletes preparation for Career and College.
