Rosholt School District is looking to fill the vacant Assistant Girls Basketball Coach position for the 2026-2027 basketball season. The high school season is anticipated to run from Mid November 2024 through mid March of 2025. The candidate must have the ability to motivate, lead, mentor, and instill sportsmanship throughout the program. Strong communication, ability to collaborate with the head coach and organizational skills are required.
Qualifications:
- Coaching experience in basketball that has demonstrated success for its student-athletes
- Use of different methods and motivational strategies
- Collaborate with other coaches, and school employees
- Ability to relate to students, parents, and community members
- Able to promote the program
- Able to assist with daily practices
- Ability to assist with growing the program at the high school level
- CPR/First Aid Certified preferred but not required.
