- Support the head coach in the conduct of his/her particular sport and the total athletic
program
- Fulfill all responsibilities assigned by the head coach
- Effectively communicate with players and parents
- Assist with supervision of locker rooms, bus, etc.
- Work with Activities Director and Athletic Trainer to ensure player safety
- Assist in the speed and strength development of athletes
