As Assistant Grocery Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting daily grocery operations, supervising staff, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Grocery Manager in overseeing daily department activities and team performance.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise efficiently.
- Lead, train, and support grocery department staff to maintain high service standards.
- Maintain department cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards.
- Address customer questions, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Help execute merchandising and promotional initiatives to boost sales.
- Collaborate with other store departments and management to achieve operational goals.
