They plan, organize, lead, and oversee daily crop care, staff performance, and equipment maintenance, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Key duties include coordinating crop care tasks, monitoring plant health, pest control, water sampling, and data recording.
They collaborate with specialists on trials, interpret plant measurements, and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
Qualifications include a bachelor's degree (preferred), at least three years of agricultural experience, strong communication, leadership, technical skills, and the ability to set priorities.
Work is performed in a greenhouse environment, with travel required.
