What You'll Do

As Assistant Gym Manager, you'll help drive the success of the club by:

• Creating exceptional experiences for members and guests
• Building genuine relationships that promote long-term member retention
• Supporting membership growth through outreach, referrals, and community engagement
• Collaborating with team members to achieve club goals
• Maintaining an impressively tidy, welcoming, and high-energy facility
• Assisting with operations, phone calls, and cleaning on a daily basis
• Helping execute initiatives that improve member results and satisfaction and overall club growth

Qualifications

• Leadership, customer service, sales, hospitality, or fitness experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Bi-lingual is a plus!
