The Cambria-Friesland School District is seeking a motivated, positive, and dedicated High School Assistant Softball Coach to join our athletic program.
The Assistant Coach will work closely with the Head Coach to provide a positive and competitive experience for our student-athletes while promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, skill development, and personal growth.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and conducting practices and games.
- Teach and develop fundamental softball skills.
- Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented environment.
- Support the Head Coach with program organization and team management.
- Serve as a positive role model for student-athletes both on and off the field.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.
- Comply with WIAA, conference, and district policies and procedures.
