Position: Assistant Hotel Manager
Shift: full-time, Monday-Sunday flexibility, mainly afternoon/evening shifts

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, energetic, and positive interactions with guests
  • Assist in hiring, training, developing, and leading your team to achieve budgeted revenues and profitability
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance)
  • Communicate clear expectations to associates and resolve guest complaints promptly
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
