About This RoleThis is a full-time, fixed-term position for two years. This is an on-site position located in McAllen, Texas requiring bilingual Spanish/English skills. The pay is $18 per hour with full benefits.
The position provides cross-functional operational and administrative support to the Texas team. The Assistant is instrumental in supporting sponsorship operations, day-to-day logistics, vendor relationships, procurement, fleet management, internal communications and scheduling, and external engagement with local community partners. The Assistant will also play a role in improving systems and workflows, supporting donor readiness and sponsorship support, program assistance, and ensuring efficiency across the office. This role requires someone detail-oriented and organized, a fluent Spanish speaker/writer, and a go-getter willing to learn and dig into sponsorship, administrative, and operational processes.
