Responsibilities

The Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing contract and grant-funded projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Project Manager will participate and lead proposal development, plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the project. The Project Manager will be responsible to recruit, train, and oversee project staff and consultants. Lastly, the Project Manager will be responsible for building partnerships with stakeholders and collaborators on projects. Projects include educational research, teacher professional development, software application development, instructional resource development, and other projects related to education and the CPALMS platform in particular.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Master's degree in business, education, or other related field
• Minimum of three years of experience as a Project Manager
• Minimum of three years supervising personnel
• Minimum of one year in developing and/or conducting teacher training and development programs
• Minimum one year of experience in using CPALMS
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Excellent leadership skills
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Completed the Civics Seal of Excellence certification
• Experience in managing online course delivery system
• Experience in K-12 or K-12 R&D projects
• Experience in working with software development and technology projects
• Experience with project management software
• Experience with using AI for teaching and learning
