As our Assistant Kitchen Manager, you'll be at the center of it all, trusted with essential responsibilities like:

• Managing food inventory with accuracy and intention
• Eliminating ticket delays and streamlining the rhythm of the kitchen
• Leading, mentoring, and empowering kitchen staff
• Counting tills and recording operational data with precision

You'll have a full‑time schedule during our operating hours:

• Sun–Wed: 11:00 AM – 12:00 AM
• Thu–Sat: 11:00 AM – 2:00 AM

YOU MIGHT BE A MATCH IF YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of restaurant experience
