Assistant Kitchen Manager — Jim’s Pizza Box Huron
Pay: Up to $24/hour, based on experience

Jim’s Pizza Box Huron is looking for a dependable and motivated Assistant Kitchen Manager to help lead our kitchen team. This role supports daily operations, helps maintain food quality and cleanliness, and ensures the kitchen runs efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily kitchen operations
• Help supervise and support kitchen staff
• Ensure food is prepared accurately and consistently
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards
• Help with inventory, ordering, and stock rotation
• Assist with training and scheduling team members
• Work with management to keep kitchen service smooth and efficient

Requirements

• Previous kitchen leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Pizza restaurant experience is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends
