Parker John’s BBQ & Pizza is a full service, 7 day a week operation. We currently own and operate five Parker John’s BBQ and Pizza locations. Management can expect a five-day work week along with a generous compensation package including fully paid group health insurance, complimentary food and beverage, 2 Weeks paid vacation Plus 4 Holiday Days Paid and a company matching retirement plan. A preferred candidate would have experience in all facets of kitchen management , including, but not limited to scheduling, running shifts, food and labor cost controls, ordering, high volume cooking and ability to work the majority of the shift on their feet. Experience in catering and banquet service is preferred but not required. Must be able to carry up to 50 pounds frequently.
