Primary Purpose Perform custodial work and supervise other workers open and close building for special school functions.

Major Responsibilities and Duties Help with scheduling and training custodians. Oversee and participate in all custodial work, maintaining a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency. Maintain an inventory and order custodial supplies from warehouse. Strive constantly to promote the safety and security of the building. Be responsible for the general fire safety and security of the building. Perform minor and emergency minor repairs and cleaning service as needed. Keep building and premises, including sidewalks, driveways, and play areas, neat and clean at all times. Check daily to ensure that all exit doors are secured and all panic bolts are working properly during the hours of building occupancy. Participate in district energy management and IPM programs. Participate in the districts Standard Reunification Protocol as directed by the Districts Incident Commander. Be available for after-hours demands.
