What you will do as a Assistant Learning Center Coordinator:
- Assist with day-to-day operations in the center, including opening and closing
- Interact with parents and students
- Schedule sessions for parents
- Help with sales by promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students
- Identify student needs and opportunities and develop customized student learning plans
- Ensure the center is clean and orderly
What we are looking for in a Assistant Learning Center Coordinator: - Previous management or leadership experience preferred
- Previous customer relationships & sales experience preferred
- Passion for math and working with students
- Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance various leadership responsibilities
- High School Diploma or equivalent
As part of our hiring process here at Mathnasium, all applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency.
