What You'll Get To Do:
Daily Logistical Operation
- Coordinates the international import and Export shipment and support the procurement, CRM Sales (SCM) teams in a prompt and effective manner include freight payment process
- Supporting for Daily Logistical operation and coordination
- Assisting of coordination and arrange the international IMP& EXP shipment.
- Inquire and obtain appropriate documents for any incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Support to Following up incoming shipment with Freight forwarder for any shipment in correspondence shipment needs
- Support to Provide the import and shipping instruction to Customs broker/ freight forwarder with following up the Deliveries.
- Corresponding with domestic transportation /Drayage company for deliveries Assist to Obtain the POD of the shipment when it needed.
- Maintains control over air and ocean freight and brokerage charge and processing freight payment with accounting requirement (Cost Center, GL code)
- Reviews and interpret shipping documents to ensure accordance with purchase order, products components, shipping incoterms.
- Assisting of Logistics Coordinator on time delivery of goods to the customer, distribution warehouse by investigating resolving any detention issues.
- Record keeping, Entering shipment information
- Following up incoming shipment with Freight forwarder for any shipment in correspondence shipment needs

Education and Experience
- Preferably if Logistics related field work experience
- Intermediate PC proficiency with MS Excel required
- Proficiency in system software required (SAP preferred Group company using)
Key Competencies
- Ability to identify customer needs, monitor satisfaction and act as the voice of the customer
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and work independently
- Ability to effectively communicate with business partners throughout the supply chain, including Customers, freight forwarder, trucking company and shipping company.
