Description
Responsibilities
Set-up equipment accurately and in accordance with proper and safe setup techniques.
Inspect all tooling before and after running to ensure that any necessary repairs are made before next run.
Minimize material waste.
Maximize the utilization of equipment by operating the machinery at available capacity and speed.
Complete daily and weekly equipment clean-ups.
Perform continuous quality control.
Abide by all company policies and procedures, including practicing safe work habits.
Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication.
Maintain regular attendance as required by your position.
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required.
The ability to multi-task and keep up with the pace of production while maintaining excellent quality and meeting machine efficiency goals for setup and run speeds.
Prior experience a plus.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Corrugated industry experience preferred.
Mathematical and problem-solving ability, and an ability to effectively utilize a tape measure.
Must be willing to work overtime as required including Saturdays when needed.

Pay based on experience. The selected candidate will have a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, STD, LTD, life insurance, and company matching 401(k). Green Bay Packaging benefits may vary by position or division.
