Integra Staffing is hiring an Assistant Maintenance Technician for an apartment community. This is a temp-to-hire role supporting the Lead Maintenance Technician with work orders, preventative maintenance, and unit turns/make-readies. Candidates must have EPA Universal (EPA 608) or HVAC certification and at least 1 year of apartment or related maintenance experience.
Pay: $24 $25/hr. (Once hired, pay is negotiated) Schedule: Mon Fri, 8:00am 5:00pm (On-call once hired FT)
Responsibilities
Assist with HVAC troubleshooting/repair and general maintenance tasks
Complete and support work orders and preventative maintenance (PMs)
Support unit turns / make-ready tasks as needed (painting, patching, minor carpentry)
Assist with plumbing repairs (leaks, clogs, fixtures)
Assist with electrical repairs (outlets, switches, lights; basic troubleshooting)
Dress code: khaki pants or blue jeans + clean solid-color shirt
