Job Description
Dominos Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our 5400 Preston Hwy location in Louisville, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a team of employees to achieve our goals.
Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
Manage and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards
Run shifts efficiently, ensuring timely order preparation and delivery
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Assist in training and developing new team members
Manage cash handling and financial transactions accurately
Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards
Collaborate with the store manager to implement company policies and procedures
Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
Contribute to achieving sales targets and improving store performance
Assist in scheduling and payroll management
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Qualifications
Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in math and problem-solving
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong organizational and time management skills
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Proficient in cash handling and basic financial management
Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Food safety certification (preferred)

Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 15 people. You will need to use your stellar attitude and motivational skills to get them in the right place, at the right time and doing the right thing all while creating a great place to work.
A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check. Safety is a priority for us and we want to make sure anyone we put on the road is safe to be there. You will also need access to reliable vehicle that is insured and have a valid drivers license
