As an Assistant Manager, youll play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, leading our dedicated staff, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

    • Manage and oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
    • Lead, motivate, and mentor team members to foster a positive and collaborative work environment
    • Create and manage employee schedules, balancing staffing needs with business demands
    • Handle cash transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure proper cash management procedures are followed
    • Provide top-notch customer service and promptly resolve any issues or concerns
    • Assist in inventory management, including stock ordering and tracking
    • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high hygiene standards
    • Participate in hands-on tasks such as answering phones, taking orders, and food preparation when needed
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
    • Collaborate with upper management to implement company policies and achieve store goals
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance store efficiency and customer satisfaction

    Qualifications

    • Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced food service or retail environment
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and interact with customers
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
    • Proficiency in basic math and cash handling
    • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment
    • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
    • Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems and other store technology
    • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus
    • Food safety certification preferred (e.g., ServSafe)
    • Knowledge of local food safety regulations and best practices
    • Familiarity with inventory management systems
    • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
    • Positive attitude and ability to maintain composure under pressure
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets
