Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager at our Ellisville, United States location! Were seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented professional to help lead our operations and drive success. As an Assistant Manager, youll play a crucial role in supporting the management team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensure efficient workflow
• Lead, motivate, and mentor team members to achieve individual and collective goals
• Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and standards
• Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and place orders as needed
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving performance and productivity
• Assist in scheduling, training, and evaluating team members
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports for upper management
• Participate in marketing initiatives and community outreach programs

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a related industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems
• Customer service-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
• Basic math skills and ability to analyze sales data
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for continuous learning and improvement
