Dominos Pizza in Florissant, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at 8426 North Lindbergh Blvd. As an Assistant Manager, youll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading our dedicated staff.
Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction
Lead, motivate, and train team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment
Manage inventory, place orders, and control costs to maximize profitability
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently
Assist in scheduling and staffing to meet business demands
Collaborate with the General Manager to implement marketing strategies and promotional activities
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Participate in hands-on food preparation and delivery as needed
Assist in analyzing sales data and implementing strategies to improve performance
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in the food service industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
Proficiency in basic math and computer skills
Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
Valid drivers license with 2 years of experience if under {AGE}, or 1 year if {AGE} or older
Clean driving record
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Reliable vehicle with proof of auto insurance
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
Food handlers certification (Preferred)
Customer service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
