Were seeking an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Manager to join our team at 3239 Lemay Ferry Rd in St. Louis, United States. As an Assistant Manager, youll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and developing a high-performing team.

• Lead and motivate team members to maintain high standards of product quality and customer satisfaction
• Assist in managing daily operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and cost management
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Support the training and development of new team members
• Collaborate with the General Manager to implement strategies for improving store performance
• Oversee cash management and daily financial reporting
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist in marketing and promotional activities to drive sales
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle high-pressure situations effectively

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record (2 years experience if under {AGE}, 1 year if {AGE} or older)
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
• Strong leadership skills and a desire to develop and mentor team members
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering high-quality products
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic math skills for inventory management and cash handling
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree in business or related field preferred)
