Job Description
Dominos Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at our 6963 Olive Blvd location in University City, United States. As an Assistant Manager, youll play a crucial role in leading our team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business success.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and maintaining high standards
- Assist in training and developing team members to meet company standards and goals
- Manage cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records
- Implement and enforce food safety and sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve store performance targets
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Contribute to marketing initiatives and local community engagement efforts
- Assist in maintaining store appearance and cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Drivers license with 2 years of driving experience if 18 or 1 year if {AGE} or older
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
- Dependable vehicle with proof of auto insurance
- Strong leadership skills and desire to lead people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Basic math and computer proficiency
- Food safety knowledge and commitment to maintaining high standards
- Customer service experience, preferably in the food service industry
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
