Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards
Manage inventory, cost control, and quality assurance processes
Train and develop team members, promoting their growth and success
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a focus on satisfaction
Assist in implementing marketing strategies and promotional activities
Collaborate with upper management to achieve store goals and improve performance
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Participate in scheduling and payroll management
Contribute to the development of new ideas and process improvements
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
Proficiency in basic math and computer skills
Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
Ability to pass a criminal background check
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree in Business or related field preferred)
ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment
