Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager at our Chesterfield location! Were looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented leader to help drive our business forward and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

• Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards
• Manage inventory, cost control, and quality assurance processes
• Train and develop team members, promoting their growth and success
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a focus on satisfaction
• Assist in implementing marketing strategies and promotional activities
• Collaborate with upper management to achieve store goals and improve performance
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Participate in scheduling and payroll management
• Contribute to the development of new ideas and process improvements

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
• Proficiency in basic math and computer skills
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree in Business or related field preferred)
• ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment
