Job Description
Dominos Pizza in Fenton, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, youll play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, leading our staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction in our fast-paced environment.
Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high product quality standards
Assist in managing inventory, controlling costs, and optimizing restaurant performance
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and efficiently
Support the store manager in staff scheduling, training, and development
Oversee cash management and daily financial reporting
Contribute to marketing initiatives and local community engagement efforts
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Assist in implementing new procedures and promotions to drive sales and improve efficiency
Step in to perform various roles within the restaurant as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a hands-on approach
Qualifications
Valid drivers license with 2 years of driving experience if under {AGE}, or 1 year if {AGE} or older
Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
Strong leadership skills and a desire to guide and develop team members
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to multitask and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
Basic math and computer proficiency
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent
Food safety knowledge and certification (preferred)
Previous experience in restaurant management, retail, or customer service (preferred)
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering great customer experiences
