Job Description

Dominos Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at 3441 Pheasant Meadow Drive in Ofallon, United States. As an Assistant Manager, youll play a crucial role in leading our team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving store performance.

• Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, quality control, and customer service
• Train and develop team members to maintain high standards of product quality and service
• Manage shift schedules and ensure appropriate staffing levels
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Assist in implementing marketing strategies and promotional activities
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
• Analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions to optimize operations
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in food service or retail management
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
• Strong leadership skills and a desire to develop team members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Food safety certification (preferred but not required; training will be provided)
