• Efficiently manage and oversee daily store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards
• Lead, motivate, and mentor team members to maintain high standards of customer service and operational performance
• Handle cash transactions, manage financial aspects of store operations, and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Interact professionally with customers, addressing inquiries with empathy and resolving issues transparently and promptly
• Answer phone calls and process customer orders accurately while maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment that complies with food safety regulations
• Collaborate with the store manager to implement company policies, procedures, and performance initiatives
• Train and onboard new team members on store operations, customer service standards, and company expectations
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality control measures to maintain product excellence
• Analyze store performance metrics and contribute to achieving sales targets and operational goals

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate team members
• Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly, positive, and empathetic attitude
• Proficiency in basic math and strong problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-volume setting
• Physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems and other store technology
• Strong time management and organizational skills to ensure efficient store operations
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
• Experience with cash handling and financial management in a retail environment
