Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our 1803 W KIRBY AVE location in Champaign, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a team of employees.
Responsibilities include overseeing daily store operations, managing and motivating team members, ensuring high-quality food preparation and timely delivery, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally, assisting in inventory management and supply ordering, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures, assisting in training and developing new team members, managing cash handling and financial transactions, collaborating with the Store Manager to improve store performance and customer satisfaction, and participating in marketing initiatives and local community engagement efforts.
Qualifications include proven leadership experience in a fast-paced food service or retail environment, strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent customer service orientation, ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment, proficiency in math and problem-solving, demonstrated time management and organizational skills, flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods, positive attitude and team player mentality, high school diploma or equivalent (required), food safety certification (preferred), proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
