Were looking for a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at our Sherman location. As an Assistant Manager, youll play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and fostering a positive, high-performing team environment. • Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve individual and organizational goals
• Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to quality, sanitation, and safety standards
• Manage inventory control and implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service delivery
• Train and onboard new team members, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback
• Handle high-volume periods efficiently while maintaining service quality and team morale
• Analyze operational metrics and implement data-driven improvements
• Communicate transparently with management and team members to foster an inclusive workplace
• Resolve conflicts and challenges with empathy and sound judgment

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license with a minimum of 2 years driving experience (if 18 years old) or 1 year (if 19 years or older)
• Clean driving record with no major violations
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Dependable vehicle with current proof of auto insurance
• Demonstrated desire and ability to lead and motivate people
• Proven experience in team management or supervisory role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Problem-solving and analytical mindset with sound judgment
• Customer service excellence and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Flexible availability to meet operational needs
