Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at our location in Scott Afb, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Oversee daily store operations and manage shifts efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries or concerns
  • Supervise and motivate team members to achieve store goals and maintain high performance standards
  • Manage cash handling and financial transactions accurately
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and quality standards
  • Assist in inventory management and supply ordering

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service or retail industry

  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Solid understanding of store operations and cash management procedures
  • Proficiency in basic math and problem-solving skills

  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
