Dominos Pizza in Peoria, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our 10408 N. Centerway Drive, Suite H location. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Oversee daily store operations and manage shifts effectively
• Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Manage cash handling and financial transactions accurately
• Assist in inventory management and supply ordering
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Participate in food preparation and order fulfillment as needed
• Implement and uphold company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with the store manager to improve store performance and efficiency
• Train and develop new team members
• Assist in scheduling and payroll management

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service or retail industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Detail-oriented with a focus on operational efficiency
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems and other store technology
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Food safety certification (preferred, or willing to obtain)
