Dominos Pizza in New Prague, United States, is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at 106 E Main St. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting the development of our team members.

• Lead and motivate team members to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service
• Manage daily shift operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
• Assist in training and developing team members to meet performance goals
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Oversee food preparation, including making pizzas and other menu items
• Manage inventory, place orders, and process invoices for food and supplies
• Support the General Manager in achieving store performance targets
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist in scheduling and payroll management
• Implement and support marketing initiatives and promotions

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced food service or retail environment
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and solve problems efficiently
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Outstanding attendance record and punctuality
• Proficiency in basic math and cash handling
• Experience in food preparation and knowledge of food safety practices
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume setting
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Previous experience in pizza-making is a plus
