Requirements:
- Ability to work a 45-hour week
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to handle fast-paced and high-stress situations in the store
- Organize and establish priorities with minimal supervision
- Willingness to offer opinions and recommendations towards store improvements and employee development
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality customer service, aiming for 100% customer satisfaction
- Build trust with employees and create an atmosphere of teamwork
- Complete daily tasks such as scheduling, ordering, and maintaining a clean and fun business environment while meeting store sales goals
