- Previous restaurant/food service management experience required
Duties/Responsibilities
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and standards
- Manage inventory and purchase food and supplies with an eye on quality and cost
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports and other documentation as requested
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a courteous manner
- Coach Team Members and maintain quality parameters
Physical Requirements
- Must work quickly and efficiently
- Must work on feet for several hours at a time
- Must lift up to 50 pounds
