The Impact You’ll Make

As our Assistant General Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our daily operations—leading with empathy, precision, and a passion for service. You’ll inspire and guide our team, ensure every guest leaves delighted, and help shape the culture that keeps both our team members and customers coming back. Your leadership will directly influence our reputation, profitability, and the growth of our people.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with the General Manager to oversee all front and back-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences

• Lead, coach, and develop team members—fostering a culture of accountability, respect, and continuous improvement

• Delegate tasks effectively across all team members, ensuring clear direction in high-pressure kitchen environments

• Identify and resolve issues swiftly, applying sound judgment to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth operations and a top-tier customer experience

• Monitor and manage team performance by setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and implementing development plans to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence

• Monitor and manage labor costs, inventory, and operational budgets to meet financial goals

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times

• Handle guest feedback with professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty

• Assist in creating and executing promotional events and seasonal menus

• Step in as acting GM when needed, making confident, informed decisions

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant

• Proven ability to lead diverse teams with empathy and authority

• Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including P&L management

• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills

• A passion for hospitality and a drive to exceed expectations

• Exhibits a hands-on leadership style, actively collaborating with the CEO, general manager, and the broader management team, ensuring alignment on business goals, operational excellence, and team development
