Culver's, a beloved family-oriented restaurant chain known for its ButterBurgers® and Frozen Custard, is seeking Assistant Managers to join their True Blue Crew in Bettendorf, IA.

What you'll do:

• Run shifts efficiently ensuring excellent guest service and cleanliness
• Demonstrate proficiency in all restaurant positions
• Coach team on company and food safety standards
• Maintain adequate team levels to meet labor cost standards
• Ensure quality products are served promptly
• Delegate cleaning tasks and ensure product rotation
• Cross-train team effectively
• Observe daily inventory levels
• Ensure completion of Quality Control Checklist and First In-First Out product rotation

Qualifications:

• A genuine smile!
• 1+ year managerial experience preferred
• Strong decision-making and communication skills
• Dependability
• ServSafe Managerial Certification

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Stand for long periods without sitting
• Walk fast-paced, bend, reach, and stoop
• Lift/carry varying weights
