Locatelli’s, a family-owned, full-service neighborhood favorite since 2003, is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team! We’re searching for someone who can lead by example, inspire a positive team culture, and ensure every guest leaves happy.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the Team: Train, motivate, and support staff to create a positive, efficient work environment
• Deliver Guest Satisfaction: Engage with every guest and ensure top-notch service
• Ensure Quality & Consistency: Oversee food presentation, cleanliness, and daily operations
• Manage Operations: Handle cash, monitor labor costs, and help control food cost
• Community Focus: Represent Locatelli’s in the local community with outreach and sponsorships

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous restaurant management or shift lead experience (full-service preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Food Manager Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and POS systems
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-first environment
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and help wherever needed

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working around kitchen equipment and various temperatures
