What You’ll Do:
As our Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping our restaurant running smoothly and successfully. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing food preparation and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving guest concerns with professionalism.
- Managing inventory, estimating food and beverage costs, and ordering supplies.
- Ensuring compliance with alcohol service regulations.
- Conducting daily inspections and scheduling equipment maintenance.
- Tracking sales and managing cash receipts.
- Schedule will be Wednesday through Sunday
