Responsibilities - Operations
- Oversite related to Cafe P&L
- Enforce consistency of food preparation
- Manage Food, Labor, General Expense
- Lead and Develop Team
- Drive high standards of quality, cleanliness and safety
- Instill a strong work ethic
- Steer team in a fast-paced environment
- Mitigate and facilitate Employee Relations
- Guest Relations
- Drive dynamic dining experience
- Facilitate a sense of being part of the Family!

Skills/Qualifications - Solid Restaurant management experience
- Operational Excellence
- Leader not a Manager, ability to build and develop team
- Communication - written and spoken
- Financial Savvy - Ability to deal with numbers and increase profitability
- Team player and hard worker
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to acquire Alcohol Service Certification and Food Manager Certification
- Ability to physically participate in a fast-paced environment in day-to-day operations (front and back of house) for periods up to 10-12 hours per day
