We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our retail environment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. Duties

  • Assist in overseeing daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Experience

  • Previous experience in retail sales or a similar role is preferred.
  • Proven supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
  • Strong understanding of retail management principles, including cash handling procedures.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the shopping experience for customers.
  • Time management abilities that allow for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with recruiting processes, including interviewing techniques.
