- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and managing staff.
- Support training and supervision to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Help maintain a positive, welcoming store atmosphere for customers.
- Contribute to daily production tasks and customer service.

- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Retail management experience.
