Assistant Manager

We're looking for a dynamic, service-driven Assistant Manager to join our leadership team.

The Assistant Manager will be a hands-on leader focused on elevating service standards, driving presence, and building a highly engaged team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example, setting and upholding high service standards
• Support hiring, training, and development of the team
• Partner with the Owner to drive culture, accountability, and consistency
• Oversee service execution during high-volume events
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, and daily operations
• Maintain a welcoming, organized, and high-energy atmosphere
