What You'll Do:
- Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Recruit, hire, develop, and motivate team members
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and preparation of ingredients
- Manage administrative responsibilities efficiently
Requirements:
- 1-2 years supervisory experience in food service or retail
- Ability to work a minimum of 45hrs/week, including evenings and weekends
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and conflict resolution skills
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Strong desire to deliver guest satisfaction
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Valid Food Safety Certificate (can earn while training)
