Local multi-family property owner is seeking an exceptional person to join our team as a Full -Time Property Leasing Coordinator. We are seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our growing property management team. This role is ideal for someone with property management, leasing, customer service, collections, or administrative experience who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome and assist residents, prospective residents, vendors, and visitors
  • Process applications, leases, payments, and resident correspondence
  • Maintain accurate resident files and records
  • Coordinate work orders and communicate with maintenance staff
  • Assist with collections, notices, delinquency management, and legal process
  • Support marketing efforts and resident retention initiatives
  • Help create a positive experience for current and future residents
  • Support the daily operations of a thriving manufactured housing community

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous property management, leasing, housing, customer service, collections, or office administration experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally and confidently in difficult situations, including collections and past-due account discussions
  • Comfortable having respectful but direct conversations regarding lease compliance, payments, and resident responsibilities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with general computer systems
  • Professional demeanor with a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • A willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow within the organization
