The Role: You'll help run day-to-day operations, lead and motivate the crew, and make sure every customer leaves happy. It's a hands-on role where no two days look the same.
What You'll Do:
Train and motivate the team.
Keep service quality and operations running smoothly.
Maintain a clean, organized site.

Handle customer questions and resolve issues on the spot.

Customer service experience a plus, not required.
