Key Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant operations during scheduled shifts, ensuring high-quality service and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist the General Manager with financial performance, inventory control, and staff training.
• Lead and inspire a talented team to achieve store objectives and maintain excellent customer service.

Qualifications & Skills

• 1-3 years of leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant, preferably in quick service.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
• Ability to train and coach team members effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Must be ServSafe® certifiable.
