Street's Fine Chicken, a family-owned Dallas restaurant specializing in Southern comfort food, is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager to help lead our team and keep daily operations running smoothly. If you're dependable, organized, and comfortable working alongside your crew, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do:

• Support daily restaurant operations and help maintain a smooth, efficient workflow
• Lead and mentor front-of-house and back-of-house staff with professionalism and approachability
• Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and service standards
• Assist with inventory management, scheduling, and opening/closing procedures
• Handle customer concerns with care and resolve issues promptly
• Work alongside the team during peak hours and special events
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment
