Job Summary We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team! As the Assistant Manager, you will assist the general manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. Your responsibilities will include daily management of tasks and employees to help ensure the restaurant is operating smoothly. The ideal candidate is a positive, motivating leader with a passion for people and providing quality customer service.
Responsibilities:
Assist in supervising a team of 4-8 employees
Cash handling and food preparation
Lead on catering orders and being the point of contact person
Ensure all systems and procedures are followed, including food safety
Count and record inventory every week
Assist with hiring and training staff
Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues that arise in a positive manner
Ensure the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained
Qualifications:
Previous management experience is preferred but not required
